	Deposit: 31Oct2009 to 31Dec2015 - All reservations require credit card deposit of one night stay due at time of booking. Under 25 years without parent or guardian we require 100USD security deposit per person.

	Cancellation Policy
	Cancel 72 Hour Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights not including tax. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one nights room and tax.
